Our History
Presby Construction is a third generation company known for its reputation and quality workmanship. The company was started in 1948 by Bill and Rita Presby. Through the years it has been owned and operated by their eldest son Dave, and now by Dave’s two sons, Thad and Trevor Presby.
When originated in 1948 the company was primarily an excavation company with minimal employees. Due to the constant growth of the company through the years the operation now includes septic designs, septic installations and site work as well as construction of residential homes and commercial buildings and employs approximately 40 skilled workers.
Acting as a General Contractor allows our clients to have their projects needs met from start to finish. Presby Construction has a skillful team of workers, most with 20 years or more experience. Thad Presby has a degree in Environmental Soil Science and Trevor Presby has a degree in Architecture. The dedicated staff is comprised of Master Plumbers, Licensed Septic Designers and Installers, Wet Lands Scientists, frame & finish carpenters, concrete specialists along with experienced equipment operators, laborers and their efficient and friendly office staff. There is a low turnover rate of employees suggesting the company values the contribution its workers make to their success.
